IMTECH AT THE AGROPRODMASH 2008: RUSSIAN MAJOR PROJECT IN THE FOOD PROCESSSING INDUSTRY

Agroprodmash is a unique event in Russia that allows an integrated demonstration of the latest technical and technological solutions for the food processing and selling industry, the most representative event of Food and Food-processing industry. It is the only Russian trade fair that has been demonstrating all stages of agricultural raw material processing, food production and sale since 1996.

This year Agroprodmash presents: the best technological solutions for food processing and production; new generation machinery; components and materials for the food and food processing industry; high-tech equipment for trade and catering enterprises; innovation materials, equipment and project in packing industry; environment friendly and wasteless technologies; modern management instruments and information support for agriculture industry enterprises.

Promoting recent developments and the best technological solutions for the food processing and agriculture industries on the Russian domestic market, the Agroprodmash Exhibition boosts realization of the National Project proposed by Russian former President Vladimir Putin – the Agriculture Industry Development – and aimed at provision of Russians with high-quality food.

There are several sectors in the exhibition. They are divided on the following topics: Equipment for raw materials processing, Equipment and technologies for food production, Ingredients and additives, Refrigeration equipment, scales and measuring equipment, Packing equipment and materials, Warehouse and trade equipment, Industrial food covering, Machinery, components and materials for the food processing industry, Industrial sanitation, cleaning equipment, detergents, Machinery for fodder, Environment friendly technologies in the agriculture industry, Leasing, credits and investments in agriculture industry.

The annual Agroprodmash exhibition reflects the development rate of the Russian agriculture business and gives comprehensive information on domestic technology and equipment. The show provides effective environment for business meetings and professional interaction. This year there is a further development of the Agroprodmash business program, covering every sector of the agricultural business.

Parallel to the exhibition, the 3rd All-Russian Forum: Modern Technologies and Equipment for the Food Processing Industry will take place. This forum will discuss such important topics as: Trends and tendencies in the development of the world market of high-tech equipment for the agriculture and food processing industries; Production and promotion of dairy products on the Russian consumer market; The state program for the agriculture industry development and agriculture, raw materials and food market regulations in 2008-2012.

The 13th Annual Exhibition AGROPRODMASH will take place in Moscow, in “Expocenter” – one of the biggest and well-known exhibition centers in Russia. Opening dates: 13 – 17 October 2008.

Imtech participates in this event in order to find new consumers in Russia, meet already established contacts and discuss our potential mutual projects, and receive updated information about recent agricultural situation in the country. Also this event will let us introduce The Cheese Maker® , which is designed for batch based production of cheese. It is a unit which is suitable for batches of approximately 2.500 liter milk and can be used in small scaled dairy factories or “self cheesing” dairy farmers. In addition, as before, Imtech offers an individual solution in reconstruction of existing factories, as well as construction of complete new dairy plants by performing multidisciplinary tasks. We are able to execute the complete process of design, erection, installation and commissioning of new factories and also the maintenance and modifications in existing process configurations.

In addition, we are going to visit the 10th anniversary Russian Agricultural exhibition «Golden Autumn», which will be held from October 10 till October 14, 2008, in Moscow at the All-Russian Exhibition Centre and will represent the contemporary agrarian market in its variety as well as prospects for the development of the Russian agro-industrial complex as an active player of the food products exchange in the world. There we also plan to meet new potential clients and learn more about the situation in Russian agricultural market.
